Terms of Service
Effective date: August 8, 2026
Plain-English summary: pay for what you use, cancel easily, treat the content and the community with care — and remember this is self-development audio, not medical treatment.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and [Company legal entity name TBC] (“manifesting”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial or using manifesting.com and its web app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
manifesting is a membership library of guided audio — hypnosis, meditation, brainwave, subliminal, NLP and visualization sessions and multi-day programs — streamed to your devices, together with community features and live calls. The library evolves over time; sessions and features may be added, replaced or retired.
3. Wellness disclaimer
manifesting’s audio content is self-development material. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or psychological treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition. If you have — or suspect you have — a medical or psychological concern, consult a qualified professional before using the service, and continue any treatment they prescribe.
- Never listen to hypnosis, brainwave or deep-relaxation audio while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.
- If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, are pregnant, or wear a pacemaker, consult your doctor before using brainwave-entrainment audio.
- Stop listening and seek professional help if any session causes you significant distress.
Results described anywhere on the service are individual experiences, not promises of outcome.
4. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use manifesting. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person — memberships are personal and may not be shared or resold.
5. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Paid memberships are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
- Free trial. New memberships begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start. Your membership is free for 14 days, then your card is automatically charged the plan price you selected. Cancel anytime before day 14 and pay nothing.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
- Founding pricing. Founding Member rates are available only during the launch window and remain locked at your original price for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later return, current pricing applies.
- Founding Lifetime. Lifetime membership is a one-time payment granting access for the operating life of the service. It is limited in availability and is not a subscription; no recurring charges apply.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect on a renewing subscription (locked founding rates excepted — they do not increase).
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel in two taps from your profile — no phone calls, no retention flows. When you cancel, your membership continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@manifesting.com and we will make it right.
7. Your licence to the content
While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the audio content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not download (except where the service explicitly provides it), copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, resell or use the content to train machine-learning systems.
8. Acceptable use
- No sharing accounts or circumventing access controls or streaming protections.
- No scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the operation of the service.
- In community spaces: be respectful; no harassment, spam, medical claims or promotion of harmful practices. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Intellectual property
All audio sessions, programs, text, design and software on the service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you no ownership in any of it.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features — or the service itself — with reasonable notice where practicable. Streaming quality depends on your connection and device.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms; where fair, we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 7, 9, 11, 12 and 14) survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of [Company legal entity name TBC], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Jurisdiction, venue and any consumer-law carve-outs to be confirmed by counsel.]
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
